Teen Charged with DUI, Drug Possession

Monday, Dec. 17

• 7:53 a.m.: Police received a report of a car in a ditch on Gilcreast Road, with no injury.
• 8:07 a.m.: A caller reported seeing at least three spinouts on Old Derry Road.
• 8:48 a.m.: A caller on Litchfield Road reported the theft of a snowblower from a barn.
• 10:14 a.m.: A caller on Navigator Road reported the theft of a plow on Dec. 7.
• 1:49 p.m.: A caller on Sawgrass Circle reported the theft of a wedding ring.
• 3:06 p.m.: Police assisted the Fire Department with a report of a utility worker holding a broken utility pole that was leaning against his truck.
• 4:19 p.m.: A caller on Willow Lane reported an injured deer in his backyard with a coyote circling it. The deer had a broken leg and left the area on its own.
• 7:54 p.m.: A caller on Harvey Road reported hearing two sets of three to four gunshots.
• 11:18 p.m.: Xhoi Docnoka, 18, of 108 Lowell Road, Apt. #310, North Reading, Mass. was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, transporting an alcoholic beverage (driver), possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and open container of alcohol. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 4.
