Sunday, June 30 <ul><li>9:37 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 102.</li><li>10:28 a.m.: Nicholas Henry Benard, 18, of 6 Julie Lane, Hudson was arrested on a warrant and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism). He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on July 15.</li><li>2:41 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Misty Lane.</li><li>2:50 p.m.: Jefferson Joseph Bell, 42, of 25 Stonehenge Road, Apt. #5, Londonderry was arrested on a warrant and charged with simple assault. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on July 15.</li></ul>Monday, July 1 <ul><li>1:16 a.m.: Shane Funchion, 27, of 4 Sunset Ave., Derry was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant and charged with disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension. He was held on $2,500 bail and transported to the Rockingham County Jail. He was scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on July 1.</li></ul>
