The Bris and Its Origins, a free talk by Dr. Alan Green at Etz Hayim Synagogue, June 5, 7 to 8 PM. Dr. Alan Green is a retired Ob/Gyn, an active member of Temple Beth Abraham in Nashua, and a mohel who performs the ritual circumcision (bris). He will discuss why and how Jews perform the bris, from biblical times to the present day.  Refreshments will be served. No registration is required.
