Tractor-Trailer Truck Crashes On I-93 South
The truck, from Missouri, offloaded goods at Associated Grocers in Pembroke earlier today. The roadway was closed for about 90 minutes.
MANCHESTER, NH — A tractor-trailer crashed this afternoon on I-93 South just north of Londonderry, according to reports online. The truck slid off the Interstate onto the banking and ended up on its side, according to Jeffrey Hastings of Frame of Mind Photography, at around 1 p.m. on Nov. 16, 2017. The highway was closed for about an hour and a half.
A puncture in one of the truck’s diesel tanks was reported by Manchester Fire and Rescue teams. Bauchman Towing brought in a number of units to get the truck back onto its wheels and towed from the scene.
According to Hastings, the Illinois driver, who worked for a Missouri company, who had just dropped off goods at Associated Grocers in Pembroke.
