Exes Arrested Following Domestic Disturbance
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, July 2
- 10 a.m.: Police investigated a report of criminal mischief on Nashua Road.
- 2:07 p.m.: Mark Morris, 49, of 6 Preserve Drive, Londonderry and Sarah Morris, 39, of 4R Walton Circle, Londonderry were both charged with simple assault following a domestic disturbance call on Preserve Drive. According to police, they are ex-spouses. They were both released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 8.
- 2:44 p.m.: Police investigated a report of suspicious activity on Nashua Road.
- 3:32 p.m.: Gage Cristoforo Kutney, 19, of Hyde Park Circle, Londonderry was charged with criminal trespass. He was also wanted on an outstanding bench warrant. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on July 15.
- 4:52 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Smith Lane.
- 5:44 p.m.: Ricardo Bordas, 48, of 155 Weare St., Apt. #187, Lawrence, MA was arrested on a warrant and charged with conduct after an accident. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 8.
- 6 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Hampton Drive.
- 6:02 p.m.: David Maloof, 24, of 26 Gaita Drive, Derry was charged with speeding, disobeying an officer and resisting arrest or detention. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 8.
- 11:20 p.m.: David G. Pollard, 51, of 56 Hemlock Haven, Hampton was charged with disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension and equipment violations. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 8.
- 11:25 p.m.: Bryan Labrie, 26, of 49 Rod Gun Club Road, Chester was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and yellow line violation. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on July 15.
- 4:36 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 93.
