One Arrested for DUI

Sunday, April 21

• 11:51 a.m.: A caller on Windsor Boulevard filed a shooting complaint.
• 6:18 p.m.: Anthony Nieves, 19, of 36 Adam Drive, Hudson was arrested on a bench warrant. The charge was not specified. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on June 7.
• 8:25 p.m.: Robert Owen Wilcox Jr., 36, of 23 Armstrong Drive, Windham was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, traffic control device and driver's license prohibitions. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on May 20.

Monday, April 22

• 12:11 a.m.: Paul T. McGonagle, 43, of 62 Elm St., Charlestown, Mass. was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and failure to dim lights. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on May 20.
