Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Monday, Jan. 7

• 8:04 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a bus with no injury. No students were on the bus at the time.
• 9:27 a.m.: Irene May Nutter, 48, of 31 Wood Road, Pelham was arrested on a warrant and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of services. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 28.
• 5:27 p.m.: Natasha L. Dube, 26, of 6 Craven Terrace, Apt. #2, Derry was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft by deception and forgery. She was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 4.
• 5:33 p.m.: Police received a report of a road rage incident that occurred on Interstate 93.
• 8:39 p.m.: Coty Allen Bourke, 21, of 43 Walnut St., Apt. #6, Manchester was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft; all other. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 4.
• 9:15 p.m.: Cory Paul Hoffman, 29, of 11R Matthew Drive, Derry was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 4. Samantha M. Benham, 24, of 87-B Rockingham Road, Derry was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was released on $2,000 bail and was scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 8.
