Two Children Left in Hot Car

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, July 17

  • 10:14 a.m.: A caller at Tedeschi Foods on Rockingham Road reported that two small children were in a vehicle that was not running. The mother had been in the store for more than 10 minutes.
  • 10:55 a.m.: David Ollis, 43, of 5 Blackstone Court, Merrimack was charged with criminal threatening and violation of protective order. He was held without bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on July 18.
  • 3:38 p.m.: A subject came in to the police station to report the theft of items from a motor vehicle on Holton Circle.
  • 4:16 p.m.: A caller reported a dog inside a pickup at Home Depot on Nashua Road with the windows rolled up.
  • 6:05 p.m.: A caller reported a dog inside a vehicle with the windows rolled up.
  • 6:41 p.m.: A caller on Anderson Lane reported her vehicle was gone through and change and sunglasses were taken.
