Vermont Woman Arrested on Restraining Order Violation: Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — Corey Chartier, 18, pictured upper left, of Shankpainter Road in Provincetown, MA, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2016, on warrants. Also arrested was Ryan T. Pesce, 23, pictured upper center, of Francis Street in Salem, for being a habitual offender. They were arrested after a traffic stop at West Road and Continental Park.

Gary Smith, 54, pictured upper right, of Eglin Boulevard in Londonderry, was arrested at 4 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault and obstructing report of a crime or injury. He was arrested after a domestic disturbance at the home.

Brittany Prouty, 24, pictured lower left, of Park Street in Morrisville, VT, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2016, for violation of a protective order. She was arrested on Page Road.

Rachael Maccauley, 43, pictured lower center, of Lafayette Road in Hampton, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2016, for being a habitual offender and conduct after an accident. She was arrested after a motor vehicle complaint at Nashua Road and I-93.

Melissa Dumont, 30, pictured lower right, of Perkins Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2016, and charged with two counts of criminal mischief and a bench warrant. She was arrested after police were sent to a domestic disturbance at just before midnight on Stage Coach Circle.
