The Londonderry Wildcat families are so proud of all of the hard work of both the football and cheer squads this year. Everyone worked tirelessly to make this a great season. As a result of this hard work one of the cheer squads, Division 8 Red, has had a very successful competition season, their first year of competitive cheering.
Under the excellent tutelage and undying dedication of their Head Coach Kerin Brown and Assistant Coaches, Kim Ouellette, Lauren Thompson and Christine Wholley, the girls are cheering their way to Florida. On November 23, 2013 the girls are competing against Keene for the title of Regional Champions in Hartford, Connecticut for a chance to advance to the AYC National Championships being held Dec 12-15 in Kissimee Florida.

The girls have begun fundraising efforts in anticipation to help fund their trip to Florida. The team needs to raise almost $20,000 to fund just the teams travel costs and only given a few weeks post season to raise funds. On Saturday they were at the Dunkin Donuts in front of Home Depot and at the Nutfield Convenience Store where many Londonderry residents came by and supported them and we are grateful for all of the support received.
On December 2, 2013 from 5 to 8 the Wildcats are holding a fundraising event at the 99 Restaurant in Londonderry where a portion of the proceeds will go toward the travel fund to send the girls to Florida. Come and join us in supporting these beautiful girls, when dining that night, just mention “Dining for A Cause” and a portion of your bill will be donated. There will also be a raffle for a wreath of gift cards. We look forward to seeing you there.
Thank you Londonderry for supporting the Wildcats!!! Go girls we are so proud of you!!
