Woman Charged with 2nd DWI After Crashing Into Pole

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, March 1

  • 9:41 a.m.: A resident stopped into the police station to report that a firearm was stolen from his truck on Winterwood Drive.
  • 11:06 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Mammoth Road.
  • 12:54 p.m.: Ronald Richard Murnane, 53, of 5 Wilson St., Billerica, Mass. was arrested on a warrant and charged with disobeying an officer, driver's license prohibitions and false report to law enforcement. Bail was set at $2,000, which he was unable to post. He was taken to Rockingham County Jail and scheduled to be arraigned on March 4 in Derry District Court.
  • 6:25 p.m.: Sandra Lorraine Boda, 24, of 7 Boyd Road, Apt. #3, Derry was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft by deception, criminal liability for conduct of another, attempt to commit and theft by deception. bail was set at $6,000, which she was unable to post. She was taken to Rockingham County Jail and scheduled to be arraigned on March 4 in Derry District Court.
  • 7:08 p.m.: Wayne Thomas Reeves, 45, of 15B Kendall Pond Road, Londonderry was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense) and open container of alcohol after he was found sitting in a vehicle in front of Barb's Beer Emporium II on Buttrick Road. Bail was set at $2,500 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to be arraigned on March 11 in Derry District Court.

Saturday, March 4

  • 4:54 a.m.: Jaymi Uphold, 20, of 31 Mill Road, Londonderry was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense), unlawful possession of alcohol and an open container violation after the car she was driving collided with a utility pole on King John Drive. She was transported to Parkland Medical Center in Derry for treatment for a head laceration, and later released on a hand summons. She is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on March 25.
