Woman Indicted for Market Basket Theft
Sandra Boda allegedly took items and tried to return them for cash.

A Derry woman has been indicted on four theft charges for allegedly taking items from Market Basket in Londonderry and then attempting to return them for cash.
Sandra Boda, 24, of 7 Boyd Road, #3 was indicted this month by a Rockingham County Superior Court grand jury on two counts of theft by deception, one count of attempted theft by deception and one count of accomplice to attempted theft by deception.
The indictments allege that on Feb. 12 and Feb. 16, Boda and another person stole several items from the Londonderry Market Basket and then attempted to return them. The returns were made using a receipt obtained from the trash in an effort to make it look like they had purchased th emerchandise.

Boda was arrested on a warrant on March 3 in Londonderry and charged with theft by deception, criminal liability for conduct of another, attempt to commit and theft by deception.
