The Planning Board approved a proposal to build 95 units of workforce housing off Mammoth Road last week, <a href="http://www.londonderrynh.net/2013/07/workforce-housing-plans-approved-in-londonderry/64169" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to Londonderry News</a>. The news website said the units will be 2-story, townhouse units and they'll be built in two phases.
