9 Student Teams Compete at Global Creativity Event
Destination Imagination Global Finals welcome NH Teams to compete on creativity, collaboration, problem-solving skills in STEAM challenges
9 NH Destination Imagination student teams from Bedford, Concord, Grantham, Mascoma Regional High School, Meredith, Salem and Windham, NH are in Kansas City, MO representing the Granite State Destination Imagination Global Finals, the world's largest #STEAM and creativity competition which opened tonight (Thursday, May 21, 2026).
The teams have been working since the fall, and have advanced through several New Hampshire tournaments. are competing in Challenges based in science, technology, engineering, improvisation, fine arts or service learning - each with STEAM based elements. Each challenges is designed to build creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
