1. Got your ‘Tender Townies' 2026 Manchester Chicken Tender Passport? (inklink.news) — Manchester’s beloved Chicken Tender Passport is back now through July 21, inviting you to sample tenders across the city, collect signatures, and vote for your favorite. With prizes like a Fisher Cats VIP suite and free tenders for a year, plus special “Chicken Tenders” game nights, it’s a summer-long excuse to explore Manchester’s tastiest spots.
2. Police say Manchester woman struck relative with vehicle (unionleader.com) — Manchester police say a domestic dispute on Brook Street ended when a 59-year-old woman was run over by a vehicle and seriously injured Wednesday morning. Officers treated her at the scene before she was taken to Elliot Hospital, and the relative accused of driving, a 29-year-old Manchester woman, later turned herself in to face felony assault charges.
3. Supreme Court reverses Manchester man's 'drug enterprise leader' convictions (unionleader.com) — A New Hampshire Supreme Court ruling has thrown out key drug convictions against a Manchester man and sent his high-profile 2022 case back to the lower court. Justices found errors in how firearm evidence was used and how charges were combined for trial, meaning any future proceedings will have to follow stricter rules on what jurors can hear.
4. Man accused of sexually assaulting woman in cemetery deemed sexually violent predator (wmur.com) — A man accused of a 2021 sexual assault in a Manchester cemetery will remain in custody after a judge ruled him a sexually violent predator under New Hampshire law. He was found incompetent to stand trial, but a rare civil commitment could keep him confined for up to five more years, with the ruling reviewed later.
