MANCHESTER, NH — EVR Advertising, a Manchester marketing agency with a 35-year history, has been acquired by longtime leaders Mackenzie Fraser and Pete Ricci.
The agency said Fraser and Ricci purchased EVR from former CEO, president, and owner Jeff Eisenberg, opening a new chapter for the company while keeping ownership local.
The agency, located on Dow Street, said its longtime team will remain in place. Under the new ownership structure, Fraser will serve as president and partner, leading client service, business development and strategic growth, while Ricci will serve as chief creative officer and partner, directing creative vision and strategic execution.
EVR said the sale returns the business to women-led local ownership. The agency said it was founded in 1990 as Vital & Ryze Advertising by Terry Vital and described the change as a significant milestone in its history.

Fraser and Ricci have spent more than 30 years building their careers at the agency. Fraser joined EVR in 2018 after working in sports marketing with Saint Anselm College and the Manchester Monarchs, according to the company. Ricci, the agency said, has guided EVR's creative direction through industry changes since before Eisenberg purchased the agency in 2009.
