Jagerschnitzel- Most traditional pork cutlet lightly breaded and fried in clear butter topped with a mushroom gravy
Wurst Spezialitaten- Mixture of veal pork and beef brats served with mustards
Huhner Frikassee-Dark chicken meat white mushrooms green peas and cream
Sauerbraten-Beef marinated in red wine vinegar juniper berry and vegetables crushed ginger snaps
