Why are you seeking elective office?
The economy and crime. I want to continue to keep New Hampshire as one of the best governed states in the country.
The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
The economy. Keep New Hampshire on track with an economy that outperforms most of the country. Governor Sununu is doing an excellent job, while the current Adminstration in Washington is doing a terrible economic job and those policies must not be copied in New Hampshire!
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I am friendly with my primary opponent who is a Liberty Republican while I am a moderate Republican.
If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)
I respect the current state senator, who is the Democrat, for her dedicated public service and her professionalism. If the Democrats regain the majority in our state I fear they will enact the disastrous economic policies of the Biden Administration. I support Governor Sununu and his handling of our economy.
Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.
Crime, we need to support our police NOT defund them! Also, as a pharmacist I want to enact medical reforms to increase heathcare access.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
My life experiences of being an elected offical in three different offices, a husband, a father, a pharmacist, an attorney, serving in the military reserves, and having traveled the world. Also, being married to a person of color and growing up in a household with a Catholic father and Protestant mother has given me a very holistic view of life and acceptance of all people.
The best advice ever shared with me was:
"The simplest solution tends to be the best one." Ockham's Razor.
What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I show up and do my homework. When I make a decision I listen to all sides, do research, and then think about the best solution before making a final decision.
