Yay, it's finally March!  Do you know what that means?! Spring will arrive at the end of the month! Woooohoooo!  I don't know about you but I've had enough of this harsh winter!  As I type this, we are bracing ourselves for yet another snow storm... sigh!  But with the arrival of March, I'm finally seeing some light at the end of this very long tunnel!  So i thought I'd get you lovelies ready for spring with some tips for prepping your hair for the new season!

1.  New season, new do!  It is nice to change things up a bit. So why not make a hair appointment and give your hair a little trim, or try a new "do" all together. The design team of Hairthurium has been very busy attending classes to learn the latest and greatest trends! Spring is the perfect time to try something new!  I promise you'll be so glad you did, color, cut, or as simple as bangs!

2.  Try a new brush!  I don't know about you but I find that every so often, I just feel the need to switch things up.  I notice that after time, the bristles break down and things just aren't as great as they used to be. This is a clear sign its time to part ways with your old brush.  Sorry brush, it's nothing personal! Try a ceramic core brush that will smooth frizz, create body and create curl.

3.  Switch up your shampoo and conditioner, different seasons create different demands on hair. Most tresses crave moisture this time of year....treat your strands right. Try Pureology Hydrating shampoo and conditoner or Moroccan Oil's Moisture Repair....its a luxurious indulgence.

4.  Get obsessed with hair masks. Try and give your hair weekly treatments chemically treated, and unruly hair really need them.  After all, you put your hair through a lot, so it's only fair that you show it some love too!   Moroccan Oil Treatments and Ouidad's 12 minute repair are just what the hair doctor ordered. They penetrate deep into the hair shaft to repair and renew dry, damaged hair and replenish lost nutrients, leaving hair silky, shiny and strong.  These masks are an absolute must in my book!

5.  Become obsessed with hair shiny! Moroccan Oil leave in is 'miraculous'!  This stuff is potent and a little goes a long way!  A drop or two of this paraben and alcohol free oil and you will immediately notice a difference in the way your hair looks and feels!  This double action treatment for all hair types protects and re- hydrates dry, dull and damaged hair from root to tip, repairing and nourishing each strand.  Moroccan Oil contains essential nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants that work all day long to fortify the hair, improving strength, preventing frizz and crating healthy shine that lasts.
