2015 Fourth of July Parade

The Merrimack Parks and Rec Dept is currently seeking participants and volunteers for this year's 4th of July Parade

The Town of Merrimack’s Annual 4th of July Parade is organized by the Parks and Recreation Department and is one of the largest Independence Day Parades in New Hampshire. The Parade will be held on Saturday, July 4th and begins at 1 pm from The Commons Shopping Plaza (Tractor Supply).

The 4th of July Parade features a wide variety of bands, militia units, clowns, local businesses and much more! Children of all ages are invited to participate in the parade by decorating their bicycle, wagon or stroller. We are currently seeking businesses, community organizations and citizens to enter a float into this year’s parade.

We are also seeking volunteers to help organize parade participants and give support along the parade route. We are looking for High School students and Adults to volunteer from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm for some fun and fast paced action!
