After Mass. Bust, Pair Charged with Jewelry Theft
Merrimack Police allege Fredrick Cote stole a $14,000 pair earrings in November 2015; Brian Hurton was an alleged accomplice.

MERRIMACK, NH - A bust in Massachusetts last month has led a Merrimack Police detective to believe that the department has the men involved in a stolen earring case from the Kay Jewelers in November 2015.
Detective Park of the Merrimack Police Department stated on Dec. 28, 2015, that the department had filed warrants against Frederick Cote, 26, left, and Brian C. Hurton, 25, both of Manchester. Both are currently being housed in the Middlesex County House of Corrections in Billerica, MA, on fugitive from justice charges.
“Cote’s arrest warrant is for one count of class A felony theft and Hurton is being charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another, also a class A felony, as he was an accomplice to Cote,” Park noted.
