Alleged Forger Arrested, Held on Cash Bail
Merrimack Police allege that Michael Doliber cashed checks that were stolen from a local resident.

A local man was arrested yesterday on forgery and theft charges after a resident reported checks stolen earlier this year.
Michael Doliber, 29, of an unknown address, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2015, on two counts of forgery, both felonies, and a theft charge.

According to a report, Nashua Police arrested Doliber on a warrant issued by Merrimack Police for the forgery counts.
The charges stem from an investigation by police at a local bank where Doliber allegedly cashed two checks that were reported stolen by a local resident.

Doliber was also wanted on a theft charge – a stolen television – from the Walmart in Amherst.
Police in Merrimack picked up Doliber at around 3 a.m. on Oct. 20, and brought him to Merrimack. He was processed and held on $5,000 cash bail. He was arraigned in Merrimack District Court later that day. He’s due in court in Milford on the Amherst theft charge on Nov. 19.
