Alleged Mass. Prowler Arrested at Car Dealership

Merrimack Police charge Erin Diskin with trespass, prowling, and drug possession after she allegedly broke into vehicles at Auto Fair.

MERRIMACK, NH - A Massachusetts woman is due in court next month after allegedly breaking into vehicles at the Auto Fair Volkswagen dealership on Route 101A this morning.

Erin Diskin, 34, of Washington Street in Ayer, MA, was arrested on Feb. 2, 2016, and charged with prowling, criminal trespassing, and possession of a prescription drug without a prescription.

At around 3:30 a.m. this morning, police allegedly found Diskin rummaging through a vehicle in the upper parking lot of the Auto Fair VW dealership.

The officers approached her and allegedly found her in possession of a satchel full of loose change and a gift card. Diskin was immediately arrested and during a search, police allegedly found her to be in possession of clonazepam without a prescription, so a drug charge was added to her docket.

Diskin was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on March 17.
