Alleged Merrimack Drug Dealer Arrested
Concord Police: David Lucia was dealing heroin in the capital city.

CONCORD, NH - A local man was arrested for drug dealing after allegedly dealing heroin on four occasions last year.
David E. Lucia, 47, pictured, of Indian Rock Road in Merrimack, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2015, on four felony sale of controlled drugs (heroin).

On four dates in April 2015, in an apartment on Rumford Street, an apartment on Manchester Street, and a home on Airport Road, police allege that Lucia sold heroin.
Police arrested him on a warrant in December and he was arraigned on Jan. 25.
