Alleged Merrimack Harasser Arrested
Police charge Taylor Marshall after he allegedly refused to stop texting another person.

MERRIMACK, NH - A local man was arrested this weekend for allegedly harassing another person, according to police.
Taylor Marshall, 22, of Jakes Lane in Merrimack, was arrested on May 14, 2016, on a single charge of harassment.

According to police, on May 12, 2016, an officer warned Taylor to refrain from sending text messages, that were unwanted, to another person.

The next day, according to an allegation, “Marshall sent unwanted text messages to the victim after having been warned not to do so,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he turned himself in on Saturday.
Marshall was processed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on June 30.
Previously, according to posts on Merrimack NH Patch, Marshall was arrested on an alcohol by a minor charge, conduct after an accident, and false report to law enforcement.
