An employee at the business alleged that Rosa dropped off his car on April 7, 2016, to have audio equipment installed.
Sometime after the work was completed, Rosa picked up his car but allegedly didn’t pay for the installation services, according to the employee.
“When the business followed up with Rosa, he said he had no intention of paying,” according to Sgt. Cassell of the Merrimack Police Department. “The officer requested, and was granted, a warrant for Rosa’s arrest.”
Nashua Police picked up Rosa and transported him to Merrimack where he was processed and released.
Rosa is due in court on June 2.
