Alleged Rapists, Drug Dealer, Liquor Thief, Others Indicted

Plus, a Hudson man was indicted in three Nashua robbery cases and a Hampstead woman was indicted for issuing bad checks.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in January in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Samira Leon, 23, of Park Street in Bridgeport, CT, for theft by deception ($1,501+), a felony, and two counts of theft by deception, one a felony. On July 27, 2016, in Nashua and Brookline, she allegedly obtained liquor from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet by using credit cards belonging to J&J Truck Services and Eaton’s Fine Masonry.

Ryan Little, 58, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on Nov. 8, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in January 2007.

Christopher Livingston, 33, of Ferry Street in Hudson, for three counts of felony robbery. On Oct. 9, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly robbed the Subway on Daniel Webster Highway, on Oct. 11, 2016, he allegedly robbed the Speedway on Hollis Street in Nashua, and the Dunkin’ Donuts on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua.

Joshua Maldonado, 29, of Madison Drive in Hudson, for felony identity fraud, allegedly on Sept. 17, 2016, in Hudson, using another person’s information to access her Pay Pal account.

Jose Marcano, 31, of Summer Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, second offense, allegedly on Sept. 13, 2016, in Nashua. He was previous convicted for sale of a hallucinogen/narcotic drug in Meriden Connecticut Superior Court in November 2010.

Jonathan Marden, 20, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua, for aggravated felonious sexual assault. On Oct. 26, 2016, he allegedly raped a woman in Nashua.

Ethan Mayou, 27, of Tolles Street in Nashua, for controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-Oxycodone, a felony, allegedly on Sept. 13, 2016, in Nashua.

Moireen McCormack, 41, of Glenwood North Road in Hampstead, for felony issuing bad checks ($1,501+), allegedly on Sept. 4, 2015, in Hudson, by passing three Dun-Rite Management checks at the Service Credit Union on a closed account.

Mark McCreery, 36, of Temple Road in New Ipswich, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Aug. 3, 2016, in Milford.
