Alleged Teen Stalker Arrested
Merrimack Police say Ryan Mercier was driving by complainant's home last week; there have also been incidents in the past.

A local teen was arrested last week on a stalking charge, according to police.
Ryan Mercier, 18, of Dwyer Road in Merrimack, was arrested at around 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 5, on a warrant addressing the charge.
According to Sgt. Ted Dillon, the warrant was connected to a complaint filed earlier in the evening alleging that Mercier had driven by a local home on several occasions.

“The complainant did report that this has been an ongoing problem with Mr. Mercier and reports have been made with police to verify his behavior,” Dillon stated in the report.
An officer looked into the claim, spoke with witnesses, and reportedly verified that there had been “a similar pattern of this type of behavior with the complainant.” A warrant was then taken out against Mercier and he was picked up at home.
