Segregation is illegal. In every shape, form, phase, version, and even perception.
The "state" cannot isolate people by any demographic characteristic. Except for voting. Well, not anymore.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that segregation in congressional districts is segregation and discrimination and violates federal law.
Democrats, who have been segregating longer than any other recognizable group in America, lost their collective hive mind. Not segregating, they argue, is racist. But you can’t blame them. They’ve been living life that way since the plantation days, a practice recreated through progressive policy in their increasingly run-down, drug-infested, crime-riddled cities. Places where the captured "special interest" is to keep as many people, mostly minorities, dependent on their support in exchange for votes.
