Franklin Savings Bank Welcomes Todisco to Senior Vice President Post

The new senior vice president joins Franklin Savings Bank after serving as a regional manager at Northern Bank & Trust.

FRANKLIN, NH — Franklin Savings Bank has named Joe Todisco as senior vice president and chief retail and customer experience officer.

Todisco will be based at the bank’s main office in Franklin.

The bank said Todisco brings 25 years of experience in the banking industry to the new role. Most recently, he served as vice president and regional manager at Northern Bank & Trust, where he oversaw retail and small business banking, developed sales strategies and aligned objectives, fostered relationships, and partnered with departments to support customer experience.

Todisco said, “I am most excited to help the Retail team members expand on their current skill sets so that we can offer FSB customers an exceptional experience.”

He also said, “I wanted to join a community-oriented bank in New Hampshire that places both its employees and its customers first.”

Franklin Savings Bank President and CEO Brian Bozak also welcomed the appointment.

“We are excited to have Joe join the Management Team at Franklin Savings Bank,” he said. “His commitment to the customer experience, knowledge of both retail and business banking, and strong strategic mindset make him an excellent fit for the future of FSB and its customers.”

Todisco was described as results-driven and said he has experience improving service levels, expanding market share and building client relationships. The bank, which has a location in Merrimack, said he lives in Derry with his wife, Christine, and their three daughters.

Todisco also shared a personal note in the announcement, saying, “You become unstoppable when you work on things people can’t take away from you. Things like your mindset, character, and personality.”

Franklin Savings Bank said it was established in 1869 and operates as an independent, mutually owned community bank. According to the announcement, the bank offers commercial lending, personal banking and investment services, along with investment and financial planning through its wholly owned subsidiary, Independence Financial Advisors.
