• Merrimack Park Place developer hopes to change order of construction (unionleader.com) — A major shift is being proposed for the Merrimack Park Place project, with the developer asking the planning board to let him build the roundabout and new apartments earlier than originally approved. After COVID delays and financing challenges, only the Slate apartments are finished so far, and nearby residents are voicing concerns about more large buildings, a hotel, and restaurant behind their homes.
