Drug overdoses, crime, and homelessness are part and parcel of the necessary chaos Democrats create to get "the Middle Class" to give up all its freedoms in exchange for a promise of safety.

Crime drives out businesses, and the next thing you know, the Commies are suggesting socialist grocery stores that cost 30 million to build and millions more, all of it from someone else, to prop them up. Failure, however, is inevitable.
