The Common Man Restaurant in Merrimack is lending a paw to local furry friends, hosting its annual benefit dinner on Monday evening, May 13 to help the pets at the Humane Society for Greater Nashua (HSFN). Only a few tickets remain for the dinner and can be purchased at the Humane Society, 24 Ferry Road in Nashua.
The restaurant will offer guests different entrée selections as part of a three-course meal, including New England Pot Roast, Apple Walnut Chicken, Fresh Atlantic Salmon, or Vegetable Tofu Stir-Fry over Basmati Rice Pilaf. Each will be served with the specialty mashed potato of the night and the chef’s choice of vegetable and end with chocolate cake.

Tickets are $25 per person (excluding alcohol and gratuity) and $10 of each ticket sold directly benefits the shelter’s pets!

The Humane Society for Greater Nashua provides for and protects unwanted and homeless pets by connecting these pets with new, loving families via adoption. Each pet that enters the shelter receives a full medical and behavioral evaluation, needed vaccines and medical care, and of course a warm bed, toys, plenty of food, and lots of love! We gladly care for these pets as if they were our own until they are adopted.
