ARREST LOG: Car Left in Roadway With Four Flat Tires Leads to Charges
Operator slapped with drunken driving, criminal trespass charges.
The following are arrests reported by Merrimack Police on Wednesday morning, June 29:

A Nashua man was arrested Saturday night, and charged with drunk driving related offenses after police received calls for a disabled vehicle in the road and a man banging on a door in a residential neighborhood near Daniel Webster Highway and Hoyt Street.

Christopher Dallas-Koziol, 25, of 21 Pine Hill Ave., was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, aggravated OUIL criminal trespass after police discovered his car, with four flat tires and damage to a rim left in the roadway, police say.
Shortly before 11:30, while police were en route to the location of the abandoned vehicle, they received a second call about a man "banging on a residential door in the same area," they say.

In speaking with Dallas-Koziol, police say they noticed signs of impairment and after a short investigation, he was arrested. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear at Merrimack District Court on July 19.

Edwin Mieses, 30, of 478 Riverside Dr., Apt. 101, Lawrence, Mass., was charged with operating after suspension and being a habitual offender after he was stopped for speeding, just after midnight, police say.
Mieses was placed on $500 bail and is expected to appear in Merrimack District Court on July 19.
