ARREST LOG: Teens Charged with Possession, Transportation of Alcohol
The following arrest information was supplied by the Merrimack Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
MERRIMACK, NH — Teens were arrested early Wednesday morning after police came across their parked car, without lights on, on Springfield Circle. In talking to the teens, police say they determined the pair had been drinking and placed them under arrest.
Stephanie Croatti, 18, of 9 Pheasant Run, Weare, was arrested on alcohol-related charges. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Dickson was released on $3,500 personal recognizance bail. They are both scheduled to appear in Merrimack Court on Aug. 1.

Four people from Merrimack and Hudson were slapped with a variety charges after police were called to the Society Hill Condominiums for a group of young adults misbehaving in the pool area shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday night, police say.
Arrested were Jaden Arsenault, 20, of 24 Roosevelt Ave., Hudson; Allen Smith, 20, of 1 Scituate Place, No. 5, Merrimack; Wesley Hall, 22, of 27 Davidson Ave., Merrimack; and Harrison Lambert, 19, of 8 Joppa Road, Merrimack, in the incident.
Lambert was taken into custody for being a minor in possession of alcohol, but wasn't charged immediately because after being taken into custody, he was transported to St. Joseph Hospital for unspecified reasons. Police say he was admitted to the hospital and would be charged formally at a later date.

No one was immediately available for further comment as to why Lambert was brought to the hospital.
Arsenault was charged possession of marijuana and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. She was released on $5,000 personal recognize bail and scheduled to appear in Merrimack Court on July 12.
Smith was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 1.
Hall was charged with disorderly conduct and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He is schedule to appear in court on Aug.1

Allison R. Drake, 20, of 150 Isaac Frye Highway in Wilton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor- aggravated, OUIL, speeding and being a minor in possession of alcohol after she was pulled over for a motor vehicle violation, police say. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 1.

Catherine Bisset, 49, of 33 Brieann Dr., Merrimack, was charged with two counts of simple assault Wednesday after police responded to an assault complaint at a local home. Bisset allegedly assaulted a male party at the home, police say. She was release on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12.
