Arrest Log: Woman Facing Felony Charges in Burglary

The following arrest information was supplied by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Laconia woman is facing felony charges related to a burglary that was reported in Merrimack almost two years ago.

On Sept. 16, arrested Kristen Quinter, 43, no fixed address, charging her with burglary, a felony, one count of felony theft by unauthorized taking and one misdemeanor count of theft by unauthorized taking after police say she stole a quantity of jewelry and blank checks from 11 Duck Pond Road on Sept. 24, 2009. An investigation revealed Quinter was the daughter of the homeowner, who was not living at the residence at the time, police say.

A friend of the homeowner entered the residence that day to find Quinter inside the home, a police report says. Quinter allegedly cashed the checks at banks in New Hampshire and Massachesetts for an unspecified amount of money.

Quinter was held on $10,000 cash bail pending her Sept. 19 arraignment in Merrimack's District Court.

Teen Turns Himself in on Alcohol-Related Warrant

On Sunday, Sept. 18, Timothy Michaud, 17, of 19 Marty Drive turned himself in to police on a warrant for prohibited sales, which police say stems from a Sept. 10 medical call where personnel responded to Wintergreen Drive for a report of a teenage girl unconscious in the driveway. EMTs were told the girl was possibly suffering from alcohol poisoning, police say. A subsequent investigation determined Michaud had supplied the alcohol to the girl, police say. Michaud was release on $300 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for an Oct. 11 arraignment in Merrimack's District Court.

Teen Charged With Criminal Mischief During Domestic Dispute

Michael Differ, 17, of Depot St., Merrimack, was charged with criminal mischief and obstructing the report of a crime when police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in progress on Depot St. Officers determined that Differ had damaged property within the home and then obstructed the report of the damage to authorities, police say. Differ was transported to the Merrimack Police Department and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. He's due in Merrimack's District Court on Oct. 11.

Merrimack Man Arrested for Riding OHRV in Roadway

On Saturday, Sept. 17, Jason Enwright, 37, of 156 Camp Sargent Road, was arrested on a warrant for operation and license (OHRV), registrations (OHRV), owner/operator responsibilities stemming from an Aug. 26 complaint of a OHRV being operated in the roadway, police say. Enwright was arrested by Nashua Police and transported to Merrimack where he was released on $750 personal recognizance bail. He is due in court to answer to the charges on Oct. 11.
