July 8, 2012

1:36 a.m.: Arrested Daniel McAuliffe, 38, of 84 Kimball Road, Rindge, for driving while intoxicted.

July 9, 2012

5:17 p.m.: Arrested Branden Decesare, 22, of 119 Amherst Road, Merrimack, on an electronic bench warrant for witness tampering and a warrnant for false report to a law enforcement (Newport District) two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of possession of prescription drugs.

8:44 p.m.: Arrested John French, 41, of 29 Mary Batcheldar Road, Hampton, for stalking.

9:47 p.m.: Arrested Paul Tumas, 29, of 21 Joston Drive, Merrimack, for disorderly conduct.

11:57 p.m.: Arrested Charles Ploss, 17, of 8 Carriage Lane, Merrimack, for operating under the influence of liquor.

2:20 p.m.: Arrested William Leblanc, 18, of 7A Patten Road, Merrimack, on a warrant for two counts of criminal trespass.

12:25 p.m.: Arrested Timothy Pinet, 17, of 34 Peaslee Road, Merrimack, for criminal trespass.

2:40 p.m.: Arrested Donna Sue Thompson, 59, of 7325 Kelsay Road, Harrisville, Mo., for possession of marijuana.

7:03 p.m.: Arrested Kyle Mercer, 17, of 5 Woodward Road, Merrimack, for criminal trespass.

9:17 a.m.: Arrested Ellen Gately, 50, of 61 Indian Rock Road, Merrimack, for operating after suspension, operating with a suspended registration, operating without proof of financial responsibility and driving an uninspected vehicle.

7:40 a.m.: Arrested Timothy Perez, 19, of 41 Level St., Merrimack, for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

July 15, 2012

12:52 p.m.: Arrested Thomas Creager, 47, of 58 Indian Rock Road, Merrimack, on an electronic bench warrant for transporting drugs.

July 17, 2012

5:25 p.m.: Arrested Michael Differ, 17, of 4 Depot St., Merrimack, for criminal threatening (domestic-related) and breach of bail.

July 18, 2012

1:23 a.m.: Arrested Taylor Blais, 20, of 7 Greenlay St., Nashua, on an electronic bench warrant for operating after suspension.

8:52 p.m.: Arrested Chasrick Soren Heredia, 18, of 109 Eastern Ave., No. 205, Manchester, on an electronic bench warrant for operating without a valid license, and for resisting arrest, resisting detention, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and theft by unauthorized taking.

9:08 p.m.: Arrested Curtis Bayne, 19, of 43 Kerri Lane, Hooksett, for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of marijuana.
