It was just announced that House Speaker Bill O'Brien has ordered that proposed bills for the next session will be kept secret until after the November elections. This is contrary to past practice when the public was able to access the state's website to be kept informed of filed bills.
Why this drastic change ? Why would O'Brien want to keep NH voters in the dark about bills that could impact all of us ? Could it be that he knows that some, or most, of these bills would create controversy and impact the reelection of bill sponsors, himself, or the Republican party itself ?
I guess we have not seen enough of the extreme agenda he has in store for New Hampshire.
