Summer Is Here... Time to Check Out the Independent Karate School!

What's new at the Independent Karate School, from a parent's perspective.

Welcome to the first blog post from The Karate Mom!

My two children have been students at the Independent Karate School since 2006.  It's been a great experience for all of us.  In the posts to come, I'll be updating the Merrimack community on what's new at this important local institution.

It's the first day of summer, and the last day of school . . . time for karate!

Summer is a great time to start taking classes at the Independent Karate School. Individual attention is important for beginners, and the summertime is a wonderful opportunity to get it.

Our college-age black belts are home from school, and coming in to assist our master instructors. Our high-school-age black belts take special care of our youngest students throughout the year . . . but in the summer, they have more time too.
