With 17 years of hands-on experience in bodywork, and over 20 years of teaching bodies movement, Charity guides participants through gentle, assisted yoga poses and applies rhythmic, therapeutic pressure to release tension, increase flexibility, and restore energy balance.

Her approach incorporates mindful touch and healing techniques, allowing each person to fully listen to what their body is saying and reconnect to what it is to be embodied and to breathe.

This unique blend of movement, massage, and hands-on healing offers profound relaxation and inner peace.

Jeffrey offers a live healing soundbath during the session to support your healing, nourishing rest and rejuvenation. Allow the sacred sounds to support the journey and open you up to a deeper experience.
