Elemental Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to surrender into the dance, embrace the cycles of life, and connect with the elements and directions... Creating a space where your dance becomes a celebration of the diverse and vibrant energies within and around you.
Let us create a space for grace and deep surrender through our movement in community.
Let us be reminded of what we came here to be a part of and find that
place inside of us that is ready to be free, wild and then at peace.
The dance opens with a calling in of the directions and elementals, followed by a live Dj mix with Dj CJ Fee' with an accompaniment on drums and didgeridoo.
SCHEDULE:
10:00am Arrival
10:00am -10:15am Opening circle and calling in directions
10:15am-11:45am Dance with minimal facilitation through the Rhythms
11:45am-12:00pm Closing and sharing circle
