New Moon Morning Soundbath

Join Jeffrey Warren in Merrimack NH for the first ever New Moon Morning Soundbath at Auria Wellness...

Allow the morning light and sacred sounds to carry you into a state of peace and calm so you can begin your weekend with renewed clarity and energy.

Connecting to the energy of the new moon, we'll set intentions for the month ahead and allow the healing sounds of the crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments to carry us forward on a journey of rest and renewal.

*Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye-mask, water bottle and whatever else you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session.

You are also welcome to bring crystals and other sacred objects if you choose.

All are welcome. No experience necessary.
