Lauren Rainbow & Jeffrey Warren are back for a special evening with a guided activation meditation and sound bath experience!

Lauren and Jeffrey will create a lovely meditation and sound bath experience in which you can relax and experience the shift in the comfort of your home.

Connect with your Spirit Guides and Angels during the meditation with Lauren while working with Akashic energy for activation.

Jeffrey will take us on a lovely journey of opening and expansion with the tones of the sound bowls.

If you have experienced these meditations with Lauren and Jeffrey, you know you are in for an energetic treat! However, if you are new to this experience, we are excited to welcome you on the journey!

*Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (or other soft padding), blanket, pillow, eye-mask, water bottle and whatever else you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Doors close at 7pm.
