Magic happens when women gather and feel safe to lay down the masks. Our intuition flows. Our hearts expand and deepen. Our nervous systems co-regulate in a way that lets us show up stronger as mothers, sisters, lovers and friends.&nbsp;
As women we tend to give more than we receive. This is a community space with the intention for you to rest and receive deeply woven in.&nbsp;
You are welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like as we ground, meditate and reflect together on a monthly basis.&nbsp;
