Didgeridoo Journey Meditation gives you a unique sound experience that helps you relax and meditate through the didgeridoo’s resonant vibrations.

Drawing from ancient traditions and contemporary sound therapy, the workshop provides a safe and supportive space for self-exploration, visioning, and balance.

This experience begins with a brief introduction, followed by carefully curated didgeridoos played in extended sequences, allowing the immersive vibrations to gently support participants into states of meditation, reflection, and intuitive insight.

By combining ancient wisdom and modern sound therapy, this workshop invites a calm mind, connection to inner guidance, and a grounded, open, and refreshed state upon completion.

PLEASE BRING: a yoga mat, pillow & blanket for your comfort as everyone will be laying on the floor for this event.
