The Energetics of Mediumship is a one-day immersive experience for mediums who feel called to deepen their energetic relationship with Spirit.

This workshop moves beyond technique alone and into the lived, embodied experience of mediumship as a way of life.

While this is not a traditional mental mediumship training, there will be select exercises that gently engage the mental aspect of mediumship. The primary focus is on strengthening the energetic foundation that allows mediumship to unfold with greater ease, trust, and clarity.

Lauren teaches that being a medium is more than receiving messages or delivering healing; it is a life of service, partnership, and ongoing support with the Spirit world.
