This pop-up is a longer version of Stef’s former Saturday morning gentle flow class designed to help you begin your day with ease.
Allow yourself to be guided through gentle movement, stretching and a few restorative postures before moving into "bee breath" pranayama (breathwork) to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.
Class will end with an extended guided visualization and relaxation known as shavasana.
