Thank you all for celebrating July 21st with the Merrimack Historical Society!
It was a special day, though rainy at times. We celebrated America’s 250th Birthday, Merrimack’s 280th birthday, buried a 50 time capsule, enjoyed food from the Statehouse Cafe and Grill, saw demonstrations for leatherworking and weaving from artisans from across New Hampshire, witnessed a re-enactor for the Revolutionary War from the ‘Redcoat’ perspective and culminated the day with a grand concert by the Yankee Brass Band. A good time was had by all.
