Program: (Explore 250 Years of American History Through Numismatics) 
 
Originally given by professional numismatist and former president of the American Numismatic Association, Jeff Garrett, the presentation looks at the coins used in colonial times through present times, covering the 250 years of the United States of America. It looks at the coins in circulation at the time of America’s revolution and then follows the coinage as the new nation establishes its own mint and grows into a world superpower.
BIO: Cliff LoVerme is an amateur numismatist and former president of the Nashua Coin Club. He collects both United States and World coins. Cliff is also a retired Electrical Engineer, who worked for numerous Electronics companies in both the defense and private sectors. He is also a member of the Merrimack Historical Society and the treasurer of the Michael LoVerme Memorial Foundation. He has permission from Jeff Garrett to use his slides.
