New Hampshire Sons of the American Revolution would like to invite you to collaborate with us and the Children of the American Revolution to plan a ceremony to commemorate Revolutionary War Patriot Reuben Cummings. We are planning a ceremony on Sunday, September 13, starting at 11:00am, at his cenotaph site at Turkey Hill Graveyard in Merrimack. (The cenotaph is located in the lawn area to the south (left) of the main graveyard, between the information board &amp; ’stock’ and the granite slab step of the original Meetinghouse.)We would welcome participation from Merrimack Historical Society and any other community members who are interested. This long healing gong session opens with a mantra to set sacred space before submersing you into a deep meditative gong bath.
The gong provides mental, physical and energetic healing... It restructures and redirects your subconscious mind into a healthier pattern and way of being. This deep gong bath will leave you feeling rested and refreshed.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in so we can begin on time. The door always gets locked for our sessions so we won't be disturbed by outisiders or late arrivals.
We encourage you to bring your own yoga mats, blankets, eye mask (if desired) and anything else to make the session comfortable as everyone will be lying on the floor (or seated in meditative posture if you like).
We have some of these available in-studio but not guaranteed with larger groups.
